Farmland Fervor with Camera

Some time ago, I have always wondered how those shutterbugs used to capture amazing pictures. After educating myself about it on the internet.  I got obsessed with the camera, the DSLR. Finally, Nikon 5200 was my companion. The ISO, balance, aperture, shutter speed became the new terminologies. I thought it was easy. But it was not. You need to learn more and more. The angle, exposure, ratio, post-processing. Small things started to matter. Here are some photographs that were taken when I was an amateur photographer. Hope you like them.

Ernst Haas has put my thoughts in a more beautiful way.

To me, photography is an art of observation.

It’s about finding something interesting in an ordinary place…

I’ve found it has little to do with the things you see and

everything to do with the way you see them.

Ernst Haas, 1921 – 1986

Most of the photographs are of ignored weeds in farms. I wanted them to look at them in a different way.

Grass, strongest survivor of mother nature.

Flowers have their own way of spreading serenity in this world.

Parthenium, popularly known as “Congress” stands for itself. It sucks nutrients out of the soil.

Small things are beautiful.

This most hated weed stands for uniqueness.

Never give up hopes. No matter how many times they take you down.

In every walk with nature, one receives far more than he seeks. -John Muir
